Surgeon Muay thai is a great place for kids to learn effective self defense, build confidence, and work on their physical fitness! The kids not only learn basic muay thai skills but also practice applying them in a fun yet disciplined environment under the supervision of kru Chip and his coaching staff.

Beginner - Level 1
If you brand new to Muay Thai or just new to our gym, this is where you’ll start! You’ll learn the ABC’s of the sport from the ground up equipping you with all the skills you’ll need to join our ALL LEVELS class and beyond.

Levels 1+
Our most popular class! Further polish the basics learned in our fundamentals class while learning proper application in pad work and drills.
On Wednesday we focus on clinch, while Friday is our All Levels into sparring.
M-Thurs @ 7:30.
Level 2+
Take your game to the next level in our advanced Muay Thai class. All the techniques and skills you’ve learned in our all levels class will be combined with high level fight strategy to teach how to find success in competition.

If you want to get in fighting shape without taking any lumps this class is for you. After a dynamic warm up you’ll be put through a full body strength & conditioning workout using kettlebells, calisthenics, and plyometrics, followed by high paced rounds on the heavy bags. All levels welcome!
Friday @ 7:30.
Level 2+
On Friday nights our fighters and experienced students put in their mouth guards and get ready for some high paced sparring rounds followed by plenty of clinching. If you want to compete in the ring or really just enjoy testing your skills this is where you do it!
Saturday 11am-1pm
Come in and get some extra work! Open to all members both adult and kids
