Kids Muay Thai

Surgeon Muay Thai is a great place for kids to learn effective self-defense, build confidence, and improve physical fitness. Students learn core Muay Thai skills in a fun, disciplined environment under the supervision of Kru Chip and coaching staff.

Ages: Kids 5–9 | Youth 10–14

Fit to Fight

Get fight-ready conditioning without contact. Class includes dynamic warm-up, full-body strength and conditioning (kettlebells, calisthenics, plyometrics), and high-paced heavy bag rounds.

Level: Everyone

Muay Thai Fundamentals

New to Muay Thai or new to our gym? Start here. You’ll learn the ABCs of the sport from the ground up and build the skills needed to move into All Levels and beyond.

Level: Beginner (Level 1)

All Levels Muay Thai

Our most popular class. Sharpen fundamentals through pad work and drills while learning real application. Wednesdays focus on clinch; Fridays include intro-to-sparring work.

Level: Level 1+

Advanced Sparring

Friday nights are for fighters and experienced students: high-level traditional Muay Thai sparring rounds followed by clinch work. Ideal for competitors or anyone who wants to test skills.

Level: Level 2+
